  • The amount of any applicable fee
  • When fees become payable
  • Any commission we may receive from lenders or insurers

In addition to any client fees, we may receive commission from lenders and insurance providers for arranging mortgage and protection products.

You will always be informed of any charges before proceeding with an application or recommendation.


Commission Disclosure

We may receive commission from lenders and insurance providers when arranging mortgage or protection products.

The amount of commission received may vary depending on the product provider and product selected.

You are entitled to request information regarding commission arrangements at any time.


Your Property May Be Repossessed

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

You should carefully consider the affordability of any mortgage or credit commitment before proceeding.


Confidentiality and Data Protection
